چکیده

The causes of multiple pulmonary nodules in a pediatric patient include infections, malignancies, sarcoidosis, granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA; formerly Wegener’s granulomatosis), eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA; formerly Churg Strauss), hypersensitivity pneumonitis, and lymphomatoid granulomatosis. The clinician is faced with the challenging task of combining clinical, radiologic, immunologic, and histopathologic data in order to distinguish several rare disorders with overlapping features.
